In 2015 I started a whisky company called Craft Works Distillery and at the time it was based on independent bottling of whisky.
In 2017 I started milling , brewing, fermenting at Craft Works Distillery and developed a mash bill whisky recipe that was loosely based on a stout beer recipe, it was called I AM…
In 2020 , I started to ask the question of myself:
“ my I AM… whisky mash bill , it has evolved a lot of the years , I wonder what it would taste like turned back into a beer”
In May 2023 with the assistance of Liam from Gypsy Fox Brewing Co , we brought my vision to life and brewed Craft Works Distillery whisky mash bill as a beer, it was released as I AM… BEER.
I AM…. whisky & and I AM… BEER is a perfect combination to make a whisky boilermaker as its built from the ground up.Enjoy!
